Empowering Partners began its first day of full time employment in our Sewing Center on August 1, 2024. Congratulations to all of you who made this possible through your support during the two years of training for the first 6 women. Congratulations to the women for staying the course even as they sacrificed to make ends meet and struggled to provide for their family! You can help to make this Haitian Cooperative Business a success. Every item that leaves the Sewing Center has two purposes, first you receive a quality product at a fair market price and secondly, perhaps even more importantly it provides a living wage to an individual who previously lacked a technical skill as well as a full time job. Together, we are erasing abject poverty in Tibo, Haiti a small dusty village in northern Haiti! Thank you for walking with us…
